Description - Description: The services to be provided under the assignment is to support the planning, development, preparation, and implementation of regional energy infrastructure projects across Africa. Responsibilities include preparing projects for investmen t financing, providing implementation support and advisory services to stakeholders, and managing project lifecycles.
