Description - Description: In anticipation of a future RFP, the County and Town are issuing this EOI to non-profit and for-profit private sector organizations interested in creating affordable home ownership housing at 31 Earle Street, Tillsonburg. The County and Town are seeking creative projects that propose new affordable ownership housing for low- and moderate-income households at the identified location.
