Description - Description: The Lender Group requires a Lenders’ Technical Advisor (the “LTA”) to advise the Lenders Group on full range of topics with respect to the Aysha Wind Farm Project which consists of the design, construction, operation, and maintenan ce of a greenfield 300 MW wind farm, a 5km 230kV transmission line connecting to the Aysha II substation and upgrades to the Aysha II substation to accommodate the project’s interconnection (the “Project”).
