Description - Description: The services provided will include supporting the Ministry of Works and Transport, as the Executing Agency of the project, in the management of the project. The Consultant will manage and carry out the project and contractual management activities required for the implementation of the Project, set up a project and contract management system, and build the project management capacity of the project implementation team in order to ensure long-term sustainability of the project outcomes.
