Description - Description: The Government of the Republic of Zambia, through the Ministry of Agriculture has received funds from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to support the implementation of the Chiansi Smallholder Outgrower Support Project (COSP). The Chia nsi Smallholder Outgrower Project (COSP) is a five (5) year Project that aims to develop an irrigation scheme covering 600 ha of land in Chiansi area in Kafue District.
