Description - Description: The Government of the Republic of Zambia, through the Ministry of Agriculture has received funds from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to support the implementation of the Chiansi Smallholder Outgrower Support Project (COSP). The Chia nsi Smallholder Outgrower Project (COSP) is a four (4) year Project that aims to develop an irrigation scheme covering 600 ha of land in Chiansi area in Kafue District. The Project will directly benefit 600 smallholder outgrower farmers and also support social services and other activities such as health, domestic water supply, sanitation and skills development to directly benefit additional 12,000 people (30% women and youth).local title:: EOI -
