Description - Description: The Land Access and Opportunity Board is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct an equity assessment of housing and land programs in the State of Vermont. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the extent to which current programs serve equitable access to land and housing and identify opportunities to improve the ability of these programs to meet the needs of under-served and marginalized populations.
