Description - Description: The Adult Social Care and Health Department’s Public Health Division at East Sussex County Council is seeking a provider for the provision of a Warm Home Check Service for the eligible population of East Sussex.East Sussex residents li ving in a cold home and/or in fuel poverty with access to tailored advice, interventions and services to reduce the impact to health and wellbeing of living in a cold home.
