Description - Description: The City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later the subscriber) requests offers for the energy and life cycle planning of the Espoo House and the rest of the block, both as Breeam and the Espoo House for the implementation of the RTS-RTYLS environ mental classification of residential buildings. After graduating, the Espoo House will be served as a building with decision -making in the City of Espoo, key administrative sectors and public use facilities. The surrounding blocks will include residential construction, office building, retail space and parking facility, which are designed for the level described in the annexes.The design task will focus on the following target and task entities,
