Description - Description: By law no. 1335 of 19 December 2008 on amendments to the Emergency Response Act, which entered into force on 1 January 2009, provided the formal basis for the establishment of a standing emergency response to combat fires in ships at sea . The rules are now found in Legislative Decree no. 314 of 3 April 2017 of Section 12, subsection of the Emergency Response Act. 3.This is about tendering a special fire emergency service consisting of firemen from the country with the necessary education and training, cf.
