Description - The purpose of this contract is to set up an observatory for the audiences of the Museum of Decorative Arts as well as the Nissim de Camondo Museum which will make it possible to: - Have objective analyzes of the visitor profile and the visiting expe rience; on statistically relevant and comparable cohorts over time. - Develop recommendations linked to the main obstacles/levers identified to maximize attendance - particularly paid attendance - and improve the visiting experience.
