Description - Description: The objective of this CfT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish a framework of 4 LOTS - each LOT being a multi-party framework agreement. Each framework agreement will cover a separate lot: • Lo t 1 – Energy Efficient Design (EED) Trainers and Mentors will support SEAI in the development and delivery of training on the topic of Energy Efficient Design (incl.
