Description - Description: The Irish Red Cross seeks to establish two panels as follows - Lot 1: The design and implementation of a Programme of Employment Supports for Displaced People; Lot 2: The provision of a Programme of Language Skills Courses for Displaced People. The panels will be established for two (2)years with an obligation to re-advertise panels at annual intervals.
