Description - Description: The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport in E134 in the Seljord area. The driving distance from the E134 to the entrance for the actual 24 hour resting place shall be a maximum of 1 km. Driving distance is measured from the exit from the E134. The 24 hour resting place shall contain sanitary installations with toilets/showers and charging stations, and it shall have 20-25 parking places. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the shall-requirements listed in point 3.1. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening by 01.11.2026 at the latest and a
