Description - Description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration invites a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24-hour rest area for heavy transport along the railway. 3 on the stretch Sundfloen (crossing fv. 30) – Alvdal border . The driving distance from rv. 3 to the entrance for the 24-hour rest area itself must be a maximum of 1 km. The 24-hour rest area must contain sanitary facilities with toilet and shower, and it must have 10-20 parking spaces. Otherwise, the 24-hour rest area must meet the minimum requirements listed in point 3.1.
