Description - Description: The assignment includes the delivery of a pass system for the decrease in fuel, the associated administrative handling and the offering of a discount percentage on the fuels to be purchased. This pass system must be available for the fle et of the municipality of Venlo. The fleet of the municipality of Venlo consists of trucks, pick-ups, delivery vans, strainers, tractors, passenger cars (see Appendix 10).
