Description - Description: The intended assignment consists of supplying mobile devices for all 920 employees of the Contracting Authority Hilversum. The devices must be suitable for networks of the three major providers Vodafone, Odido and KPN. Devices must be su pplied and rolled out in a professional manner. The Contractor must be able to ensure that (future) complaints are handled in a professional manner. After the end of the life cycle or upon receipt of defective devices, the Contractor must be prepared and able to demonstrate that old devices are taken back in a responsible and safe manner, i.e. sustainably if possible or otherwise recycled in a responsible manner (circular reuse of raw materials).
