Description - Description: United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit electronic tenders as follows:The objective of the assignment will be to undertake an evaluation of the UNESCO-Aschberg Pr ogramme for Artists and Cultural Professionals, covering the 2022-2024 period. The main purpose of the evaluation is to assess the overall performance of the Programme during the period under review, and to provide lessons learned and recommendations regarding its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, coherence and sustainability in promoting artistic freedom, the status of artists and cultural professionals, including during emergencies;
