Description - Description: The object of the procurement is event services, where indoor and outdoor events are aimed at the city's internal and external stakeholders (business sector, business life and the public). Events can be held both in Finland and abroad. A framework arrangement is formed from the procurement, which is divided into two (2) sub-areas:• Sub-area 1: Hybrid events• Sub-area 2: Physical eventsThree contract suppliers will be selected for both areas, unless there are fewer suppliers who meet the requirements. The event services are used to search for fresh ideas in line with the strategy and brand of the partners involved in the procurement of the City of Helsinki or Helsinki Konsern
