Description - Description: The competition is for a contract for the provision of excavation and transport services. The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with several contractors who can perform both excavation and transport of matter a s needed. Materials and matter shall be delivered where required by the Contracting Authority. If relevant, the contractor shall keep pipes and pipe parts himself, unless the contracting authority decides otherwise. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT per annum.
