Description - Description: The proposed contract aims to implement, from the start of the 2025 school year, i.e. September 1, 2025, regular road transport services for students in adapted or specialized classes, using vehicles with fewer than 10 seats. These speci al circuits are integrated into the Fluo 54 network of the Grand Est Region. The services are divided into 3 lots; the title of each lot corresponds to the geographical area where the schools to be served are located and where the students to be supported are educated, regardless of their place of residence. The validity period of each contract/lot will run from July 15, 2025 or from its notification to the holder if this is done after this date,
