Description - Description: The object of this contract consists in the execution of the necessary works for the construction of Nzeb housing within the project financed by the National Plan for Redress and Component Resilization C10, I.2- Nzeb plus housing/service houses for health and education specialists. The works to be carried out are specific works related to the PNRR/2022/C10/I2 project, within the financing contract concluded with MLDPA, works consisting of the construction of a housing block, with height regime DP+P+3E, 2 apartments per level, 8 homes and a technical space at the basement. The built area developed SCD = 668.41 sqm, maximum height: 15, 70 m, maximum dimensions in the plane: 15.9 m
