Description - Description: The purpose of this market is to carry out photovoltaic feasibility studies, mainly for the implementation of shades and, potentially, for small power plants on the ground (abandoned of roads, wasteland, etc.) on land belonging to the me tropolis Rouen Normandie, located in one of the 71 municipalities in the territory.
