Description - Description: The Agency may require comprehensive exhibition freighting services to/from Europe, the US, and other non-European destinations. The Agency participates in a number of conferences each year and requires services before, during and after each event. The conferences may take place in Brussels, Basel, Washington, San Diego, Boston and Chicago among other locations. The services for each event will be: Outbound – Pre-Event − Collection of exhibition materials from the Agency’s premises in Amsterdam at an agreed date and time, before an event date; − Administration of all relevant supporting paperwork and fees, e.g. customs, labels, parcel insurance, handling fees1, etc.; −
