Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment that will expand the existing CVD furnace installation (SVFurR21409-ALH4-CEITEC from SVCS, serial number ZA14075) by a 4th position, which will ensure the growth of oxide on silicon substrates. The current line will be used for phosphorus doping, so it will not be necessary to replace quartz components in a lengthy manner.
