Description - Description: The Ministry will provide appropriate professional support in the preparation of the DCPS through this project. The project is divided into three lots, whereby the contractor of each lot must ensure ongoing and proactive cooperation with the contractors of the other two lots. The public contract is hereby awarded for: Lot 1: Professional substantive and technical support in the preparation of the DCPS and Lot 3: Implementation of a comprehensive environmental impact assessment and preparation of an environmental report for the DCPS and a DCPS action plan (for the purpose of publication, it is designated as Lot 2).
