Description - Description: City of York Council (CYC) is looking to commission short term, step-down and step-up assessment beds on a block purchase to support our patients and Customers with discharge from hospitals and prevent individuals from being admitted to hospital and enabling them to go Home. Home First being our main principle, minimising the need for longer term care.
