8 i) Eligibility Criteria
Contractor who fulfill the following requirements shall be
considered as eligible bidder
Contractors enlisted with CPWD/ MES / any Central /
/State Department or any Central / State PSU’s or any
autonomous body under any Central / State Government
or any local body
ii) Technical PQC (Prequalification criteria)
Bidder’s experience: The bidder should enclose the copy
of the successfully completed similar work order
executed in any Central / /State Department or any
Central / State PSU’s or any autonomous body under any
Central / State Government or any local body during last
7 years. Tender is invited should any of the following:
(i) Three similar completed work order costing not
less than 40% of the estimated cost.
(ii) Two similar completed work order costing not
less than 50% of the estimated cost
(iii) One similar completed work order costing not
less than 80% of the estimated cost.
Note: Similar works means: Any civil works
iii) Financial Turnover
Criteria
Submission of certified copy of Balance Sheet and Profit
and Loss account statement for last 3 (Three ) financial
years ( The firm shall have average annual turnover
during the last 3 years ending 31st March of the previous
financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated
cost)

₹ 39,420/-(Rupees thirty nine thousand four hundred
twenty only) in favour of “Kalakshetra Foundation,
Chennai”
Note:
a. Contractors are required to furnish EMD / Bid
security while submitting the tender in for form of
Account Payee Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee from
Nationalized bank or online /e-payment in the account of
“Kalakshetra Foundation” account. Proof of online
Payment of Earnest Money Deposit of ₹ 39,420/-(Rupees
thirty nine thousand four hundred twenty only) shall be
kept in the envelope containing the tender documents
( Technical bid – Cover I) which is to be attached with
tender at the time of submitting.
b. Contractors those who do not submit EMD request
to submit the supporting documents in claim of their
exemption.

submit/furnish the following documents in Cover I for checking eligibility: -
a. Copy of enlistment / registered contractor
b. Demand draft, Proof of online Payment of Earnest Money Deposit, Bank Guarantee from
Nationalized bank (26,450/-) EMD instrument
c. GST certificate
d. Financial Turnover for last three years
e. Completed works during last 07 years
f. Any other document required as described
Self-declaration to be submitted by the firm: The firm has not suspended / debarred / black
listed (either permanently or temporarily ) from participating any bid or any business
dealing by any Central / State Department or any Central / state PSUs or any autonomous
body under any Central / State Government or any local body as on bid the bid submission
date And also such tenders shall not be qualify for opening of Financial bid (cover 2)
