The Toulouse City Hall plans to extend and restructure the premises of the Louis JULIEN fencing room in order to meet a need for standards and increase the reception capacity. Indeed, in the absence of approval of the premises by the French Fencing Federation (FFE), it is not possible to organize official competitions there. In addition, the TUC ESCRIME club, the main occupant of the premises, has 265 members, some of whom are selected for the French team.
