Description - Description: The Ministry, on behalf of the Ontario Public Service (OPS), has established a service known as External Connectivity Infrastructure (ECI). ECI facilitates the connection of OPS networks and Data Centres, to external Network Access Servi ces (NAS), cloud services providers, Internet Exchange providers, and Internet Service Providers.
