Description - Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada, has a requirement for site remediation of the Pacific Environment Centre (PEC) in West Vancouver. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-ph ase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders.
