Description - Description: The tenderer (AK) wishes to conduct an open public procurement procedure without the possibility of partial tendering, as a result of which a tenderer, Kbt. It wishes to conclude a framework agreement (KM) according to point a) of § 105 , paragraph (1). On the basis of the concluded framework agreement, the Kbt. According to § 105, paragraph (1), point a), it takes place by means of a framework agreement (framework contract). In the first part of the procedure, the winner of the framework agreement is selected on the basis of the specified evaluation criteria.
