Description - the objective of the contract is the outsourcing by contract of part of the collection of CHRDS receipts (factoring) in order to enable the establishment to obtain cash. This contract is a public service contract, the purpose of which is to set up a pre-financing service for T2a receipts (activity-based pricing), or another method of financing replacing it for the benefit of Center Hospitalier Rives of the Seine. This service will make it possible to finance in advance the claims held by the Contracting Authority on health insurance
