Description - Description: Provision of therapeutic, counselling and mediation services. The project will be part of the Gwynedd Families First delivery Plan and will provide specialist support to the Family Support Teams (FSTs) in Gwynedd; Arfon, Dwyfor and Meiri onnydd.Applicants should have experience delivering services to children, young people and families, including those affected by Domestic Abuse, suffer from poor mental health and have a learning disability.
