Description - Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under BOA (TBD). The anticipated Delivery Order is for the procurem ent of material needed to retrofit one (1) MQ-4C Triton ground asset (FB-1) to an IFC-4 FOB Hardware.
