Description - This contract consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement and, following it, subsequent contracts for the supply of reactive products used for the treatment of waste water. The framework agreement aims to designate a maximum of three tenderer s having submitted the economically most advantageous tender on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see Title I.
