Description - This contract consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement and, following it, subsequent contracts aimed at the supply of reactive products used for the treatment of wastewater. The framework agreement aims to designate as much as possible thr ee bidders having submitted the most economically advantageous offer based on award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see Title I.
