Description - Description: With this tender, Bayreuther Festspiele GmbH is looking for an efficient operator who can take over the catering for the festival seasons from 2025 to 2034 inclusive. The auditorium has a capacity of more than 1,900 festival guests and a round 60,000 guests are expected at around 30 performances during the festival season, which usually lasts from July 25 to August 25. From the start of the rehearsal period in May/June until the end of the festival, a canteen is to be operated for our up to 800 employees.
