Description - The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas and provides regional water, wastewater, and other services to the greater Denton County Area. UTRWD is currently seeking proposals/bids for the provis ion of FIBER ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION. Pending Board approval, a one (1) year contract with four (4) one (1) year options to renew may be awarded to the most successful bidder(s).
