Description - Description: INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE United States Air Force, AFLCMC/PZIBB, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-5344 This is a combined Sole Source Synopsis/Solicitation published for informational purposes only. This proposed action is for the acqu isition of 1200 FIJI FAME Cartridges and Verification Fluids (30ppm and 100ppm) for the Air Force Petroleum office. It was determined that Lazar Scientific Inc, is a small business that is capable of meeting the Government’s specifications as they are stated in the attached Statement of Work. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), resulting in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
