Description - Description: The Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) of the U.S. Embassy in Colombo is announcing a public competition to implement a capacity building program for young filmmakers in Sri Lanka. This program will develop the skills, knowledge of emerging filmmakers in all areas of Sri Lanka, with the aim of supporting storytelling on issues of gender, inclusion and gender-based violence.
