Description - Description: The Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority (the “Authority”) is a quasi-public state agency created in 1965 to provide access to the tax-exempt bond market for qualified nonprofit institutions. In accordance with the requirements in Connecticut General Statutes, Chapter 187, Section 10a-179 (h) (4), the Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing financial advisory services to the Authority. The selected firm(s) will serve as the Authority’s financial advisor for a period not to exceed three (3) years.
