Description - This financial audit will cover 2 main missions: - 1st mission: establish a precise and exhaustive inventory of goods, tangible and intangible, used for the execution of delegated missions. Travel is to be expected on the delegatee's sites (one site in Val-de-Marne and another in Gironde). - 2nd mission: audit the annual accounts (balance sheet and income statement) and the analytical accounting of the delegation of public service, in order to assess the profitability of each of the delegated and, where applicable, related activities, over the period 2008 to 2023.
