Description - Description: Newport City Homes (NCH) wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified Contractor to undertake Fire Compartmentation Works.NCH have a large portfolio of housing stock and a number of these have been identified as needing main tenance and other works to ensure that fire precautions are installed in accordance with Fire Risk Assessments.Compartmentation and fire stopping repairs and works are required that will satisfy the need identified by the Fire Risk Assessments and by further inspections and surveys that are to be conducted during the contract duration.NCH wishes to enter into a contract with a Contractor to deliver these works as the need becomes apparent.The for
