Description - Description: Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) Fitness Center has a requirement for fitness equipment maintenance and repair. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, and transportation to conduct routine/preventative maintenance an d non-routine maintenance under $500 at building 827. This is a follow-on requirement that will consist of one (1) base year, four (4) one-year option periods, and an optional six (6) month extension of services. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Monday, 30 Dec 2024 at 10:30 AM CDT. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center at 10:10 AM CDT on the day of the site visit
