Description - Description: 1. The contracting authority purchases Fixed Surveillance Systems necessary to replace the current fixed surveillance systems installed on the Romanian land border, according to the technical specifications and operational requirements a nnexed to the specifications, as follows:- 20 fixed surveillance systems;- 1 backup surveillance system;- 1 simultaneous video image display system.The delivery, installation, testing and acceptance period of the systems is 18 months from the signing of the contract by the last party.Pursuant to art. 221 par. (1), letter a) of Law no. 98/2016, as updated, the Contracting Authority intends to use contract review clauses in the procurement procedur
