Description - Description: The Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) owns the Flagstaff Hill Convention Centre (Facility), which was reconstructed following significant damage from Tropical Cyclone Debbie, on the iconic Flagstaff Hill in Bowen, Queensland 4805.The Facility's cafe had previously been operated under a lease for a number of years however they are no longer trading. The opportunity now exists for a new Lessee of the cafe and kitchen areas of the Facility taking advantage of this unique location and its commercial grade facilities.Council requires a suitably experienced Cafe Operator (Lessee) to manage the Facility's cafe.The lease will:a) Be for the cafe and kitchen area only (Leased Area);b)
