Description - This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Flight Following Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).Ornge pro vides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.Flight Following is a mandatory requirement stipulated by the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) for both of the Operating Certificates that Ornge operates under (CAR 703 and CAR 704). Ornge requires the services of a third party to provide flight following 365 days a year, 7 days a week,
