Description - Description: The Town of Stratford (Town) on behalf of its Waterfront and Harbor Management Commission (WHMC) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors with proven industry experience, to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and a ll else necessary, to furnish and install one (1) 10x40 floating dock including timber piles located at the Birdseye Boat Ramp Facility.
