Description - this contract comprises a single lot, broken down into two services: service 1 monitoring-animation of the OPAH, service 2 monitoring-animation of the one-stop shops (for owners not eligible for financial aid from the opah). It is divided into two tr anches: firm tranche: service 1: follow-up-animation of the OPAH. Service 2: Monitoring-Animation of one-stop shops.
